Delivery Policy

UK deliveries

Orders will normally be dispatched Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Larger orders will be delivered by Hermes, in which case the item(s) will be trackable and a signature will be required on delivery. We reserve the right, however, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

Delivery time 3 – 5 working days. Please note that we dispatch orders on weekdays only.

 

Delivered when I wasn’t at home?

If no-one was at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a calling card should have been left with details of how to collect your item or re-arrange delivery. You should have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery. After this date, items will be returned to us automatically. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item(s) to you.

To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address, for example, your work address.

We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location due to an address having been entered incorrectly or incompletely on checkout. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address given is a valid one.

We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Delivery period

While we will make every effort to deliver your items within the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control including exceptionally severe weather conditions and busy delivery times such as Christmas.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will email you to find out whether you are happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the original product(s), or whether you would prefer to select an alternative product, or get a refund for your order.
